Robert "Skip" Waugh - President and CEO
Mr. Waugh is Grandville Corporation's founder. He has over 20 years of experience in business, media, and retail marketing. He has held various marketing and communications positions. He has over five years of experience in e-marketing. Previous employers include: KMGH-TV, KNUS-AM, the University of Denver, the Rocky Mountain News, Pittsburgh Press and Post-Gazette, WRS Motion Picture and Video Laboratory, American Express, AT&T, Quark, the Center for Personalized Education for Physicians, Renard Communications, Stanley British Primary School and Educational Services of America.
He has also published over 60 articles in various publications including Supervision Magazine, Wells Fargo's Personal Advisor, Diversity/Careers in Engineering and Information Technology, Woman Engineer, Metropolitan Magazine, and the University of Denver Magazine.
He graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor's degree in mass communications and sociology. He also earned a master's of international management from the University of Denver. His concentration was in domestic and international management and marketing. Mr. Waugh is responsible for the overall business operation of the organization as well as its marketing.
Debbie Waugh - Executive Vice-President, President of Clinical Competence Solutions
Ms. Waugh has over 15 years experience working with healthcare professionals and consumers. She is a dedicated, committed professional who ensures that her company follows through on its commitment and delivery of superior services. She understands the unique needs of each consumer and uses this information to ensure complete and accurate integration of issues into the individual program.
Ms. Waugh’s over ten years of experience in physician education includes evaluation and education of both resident and professional physicians. Most recently, Ms. Waugh worked at the Center for Personalized Education for Physicians (CPEP) as Director of Program Services, managing both the assessment and education programs. Ms. Waugh’s accomplishments include maintaining systems continuity and quality during a growth period of 300%, and a 70% improvement in the education program’s success rate within her first year of program direction. During her career, Ms. Waugh also educated residents to the impact of bio-psychosocial needs of underserved populations on patient healthcare and management.
Ms. Waugh completed her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado.
